Age Verification
To comply with federal and state regulations, all visitors must be 21 years of age or older to enter and purchase from our website. We are currently updating our website to enforce strict age verification and prevent access without confirmation. In the meantime, we ask all users to respect this policy and exit the site if underage.

Processing & Delivery Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location, but typically range between 3–7 business days for domestic orders.

Shipping Restrictions – Kratom
Due to state and local laws, we do not ship Kratom products to the following U.S. states, counties, and cities where Kratom is banned or restricted:

• States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin

• Counties/Cities: Sarasota County (Florida), Union County (North Carolina), San Diego (California)

Orders containing Kratom products with shipping addresses in these areas will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Shipping Availability
We currently only ship within the United States. All orders must have a valid U.S. shipping address; we do not ship to P.O. Boxes in restricted areas.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim if your package is missing
